Can I use the software on more than one computer?
The NeoX license is assigned to one workstation (computer). During the first login, the program automatically binds the license to that PC.
You can change the workstation up to 2 times within the license period (12 months).
Each additional change costs €60 (excluding VAT).
What are the minimum hardware requirements?
For NeoX to run properly, the following minimum computer specifications are recommended:
Processor: 1.8 GHz or higher
RAM: 8 GB or more
Free disk space: at least 500 MB
Operating system: Windows 7, 10, or 11 (64-bit)
A stable internet connection while using NeoX
After purchasing and installing the software, error “You can’t use the app, because you use Remote Desktop or sharing software” appears.
NeoX does not allow running in remote environments (e.g., Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or other screen-sharing programs) due to security and license protection reasons.
To use the application:
Run NeoX directly on the computer where it is installed.
Disable or uninstall remote access software.
Please note that using Remote Desktop or sharing NeoX with others may result in the loss or suspension of your license.
Do I already have the program permanently?
NeoX is granted for 12 months from the date of license purchase. After this period, you need to contact your vendor/distributor to renew the license.
The program automatically reminds you about the end of your license by sending a notification 30 days before it expires.
Do I need to update after I get the program?
Updates in NeoX are:

The manufacturer regularly releases new versions that include:

What security measures does NeoX have to prevent unauthorized use?
NeoX is protected by assigning the license to a specific computer, which acts as a hardware key. This means:
The software will not run on another computer without transferring the license.
Even changing certain components (e.g., RAM, hard drive, sound card) may require contacting the manufacturer to restart the license.
Each additional license transfer beyond the allowed limits costs €60 (excluding VAT).
Does NeoX include an automatic checksum (CRC) correction function?
Yes. All engine control unit solutions in NeoX include automatic checksum (CRC) correction during data editing. In practice, this means that when you save modified files, NeoX automatically recalculates the checksums, eliminating the need for manual CRC adjustments.
